The onboarding journey moves from individual application to collective stewardship across three distinct phases:
The Onboarding & Verification Pipeline
1. Profile Initiation & Asset Mapping: Phase 1: Application.
The journey begins with the Profile Initiation Form. Rather than standard routine paperwork, this serves as an asset-mapping tool where prospective members detail their unique strengths, skills, and strategic access. Applicants explicitly outline their Give/Get criteria—what specific wisdom or resources they are prepared to offer the community, and what strategic access they need to scale.
2. Guided Vetting by BOY: Phase 2: Verification & Approval.
To ensure the safety and standard of the ecosystem, all submitted profiles undergo a guided vetting and review process. This is conducted by trusted BOY stewards who verify the background, professional integrity, and alignment of the applicant. This human-in-the-loop verification ensures the platform remains a high-trust database capable of confidently unlocking board-level placements and corporate mentorships.
3. Signing the Membership Charter: Phase 3: Formal Activation.
Once approved by BOY, the final step to activation requires the member to digitally sign the Membership Charter. This signature is a formal, binding commitment confirming their alignment with BOY’s culture, standards, and values. It officially transitions the onboarding from a founder-led selection model into a self-governing system protected by the community's shared rules.
The Purpose of the Framework: This strict verification loop is designed to dismantle the pipeline myth by ensuring that every single individual in the directory is pre-verified as a high-integrity leader. By anchoring the approval process in the Membership Charter, the platform ensures that its foundational quality, mutual respect, and data safety remain completely unbroken as the network grows globally.
